I work at the intersection of AI and medical ultrasound, with projects that enable diagnostic imaging in low-resource settings (e.g., obstetrics and breast imaging).

I am advised by PhD. Benjamin Castañeda - Part of the Global Health & Medical Devices Lab.

Research Interests

  • Artificial intelligence for biomedical imaging
  • Ultrasound (VSI, H-scan,elastography, segmentation & detection)
  • Accessible diagnostics for low-resource settings

Awards & News

  • Second Prize — RCBU Biomedical Ultrasound Symposium Day (Poster), 2024.
  • Second Prize — International Conference on Biomedical and Health Informatics student challenge, 2022.
  • GPA 3.96 in BME PhD coursework.
